Responsibilities
Collaborate with engineers in a scrum team to test, release, and document major software components using Python and manual testing
Write all levels of automated tests (e.g., unit, integration, system) to ensure the quality and documentation of the delivered product
Qualification
Required
You must be pursuing a bachelor's or advanced degree from an accredited college or university and be enrolled full time for at least one more semester after the conclusion of the internship
Legal authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas for this internship. This includes OPT/CPT/STEM Visas
Preferred
Pursuing a bachelor's or advanced degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
Preference given to students met on campus, at a national recruiting event, through a Rockwell Automation-hosted event or a targeted recruiting campaign
Proficiency in Python
Experience with C#, Java or Python is desirable
Familiarity with embedded systems, networking and general computer troubleshooting
Previous experience with Industrial Automation products (Rockwell or competitors)
