Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair metal fabrication machinery including ironworkers, saws, press brakes, lasers, plate rolls, and more

Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and extend machine life

Install new equipment at customer sites and ensure proper setup, calibration, and operator training

Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues across multiple brands and models

Support customers on-site with professionalism, clear communication, and technical expertise

Document service work including parts used, repairs completed, and recommendations

Collaborate with the sales and parts team to ensure customers get the right support and components
