Guild Garage Group is a trusted and growing local company serving West Valley City with garage door services. They are seeking a Warehouse Logistics Specialist to coordinate shipments, manage inventory, and ensure efficient operations within the warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage inbound shipments (receiving, inspection, documentation)

Schedule and oversee outbound deliveries, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

Maintain inventory control: track stock levels, cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies

Organize warehouse layout and storage to optimize workflow

Collaborate with service technicians and installers to fulfill parts and supply needs

Prepare and package orders, label parts, and stage equipment for dispatch

Monitor and manage logistics costs, shipping carriers, and freight operations

Use software systems and spreadsheets to manage logistics data

Communicate with internal teams (sales, operations, installation crews) and external vendors

Participate in process improvement and team initiatives to increase efficiency
