Responsibilities

Develop, document, and execute test plans and strategies to ensure software quality and reliability

Collaborate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to define and align testing requirements with business goals

Design and implement automated testing frameworks and scripts to optimize test coverage and efficiency

Identify, analyze, and track defects; drive issues to resolution in a timely manner

Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, providing quality assurance insights and feedback

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the QA process and broader development lifecycle

Support performance management processes by providing input regarding other team members as requested

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience

Proven experience in software quality assurance and test automation

Strong understanding of software testing practices, including manual and automated testing

Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and SAFe

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

Familiarity with test management tools and frameworks
