Responsibilities

Research best practices across UDL, Project-Based Learning, AI-enabled instruction (AiME), SEL, and equity frameworks
Assist in refining LEC’s Accreditation Rubric and Legendary Code components
Review school models and create comparative summaries for the consortium
Draft sample curriculum outlines for AiME (as reference models for member schools)
Support crosswalking standards (state standards, XQ Competencies, LEC’s 5Ls)
Develop narrative briefs that become part of school onboarding materials
Assist in writing policies, SOPs, and governance documents
Support board development (packet drafting, policy review, scheduling)
Conduct research on nonprofit compliance (Virginia, Alabama + federal)
Help build internal systems (intake processes, onboarding, workflows)
Draft grant-ready organization summaries and impact statements
Support development of the LEC Program Catalog and MADE Institute integration
Draft social media content and campaign calendars
Build brand-aligned visuals, newsletters, and stories
Research competitor landscape (accreditors, microschools, leadership orgs)
Assist with press releases, media notices, and blog features
Support outreach to schools, sponsors, and community partners
Track engagement metrics and propose improvements
Research relevant grant opportunities
Draft grant-ready language: mission, needs, project descriptions
Support donor/prospect landscape mapping
Help develop the LEC Funding Narrative Toolkit
Assist in creating pitch decks and case statements
Research education data models and metrics
Help define indicators aligned to the Legendary Logic (5Ls)
Support creation of impact dashboards (programmatic + school-level)
Assist with outcomes reporting for grants and stakeholders
Review accreditation self-study submissions and help identify trends
Assist in developing workshop materials and toolkits
Research leadership frameworks in equity-centered coaching
Synthesize academic sources into accessible training materials
Support the Spark Facilitator Training development
Draft participant-facing documents for leadership cohorts
Conduct venue research and cost comparisons
Assist with run-of-show documents
Support logistics for hybrid formats (platforms, overlays, chat scripts)
Collaborate on branded event materials
Assist with storyteller/facilitator outreach
