Responsibilities
Review IT change requests and approve as appropriate
Establish and improve IT change management processes, including mentoring teams and identifying enhancements
Support SOX audits by providing documentation and insights on change management and ITGC controls
Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and automation within change management and compliance frameworks
Responsible for trending and analysis of key process metrics
Manage complex projects and stakeholder expectations with complete end-to-end engagement responsibilities from requirements, project communication, audit and compliance, budget management, change management, and final project closure
Work closely with Program Managers, Product Owners, UX Designers, Technical leads, and customers
Navigate between differing Software Development Life Cycles (SDLC) including waterfall, agile, hybrid, and DevOps

Senior level experience
A Scrum Master is the servant leader of a scrum team
The scrum team uses an agile scrum development methodology
Guides a scrum team on how to use Agile/Scrum practices
Assesses the maturity of the scrum team
Provides support and coaching to the team
Removes impediments and/or guides the team on how to remove impediments
Facilitates and leads Agile ceremonies
Fosters continuous improvement
Removes impediments to a team's productivity
Empowers teams and facilitates creativity
Represents the team to management
Disseminates information to the team, including metrics and charts
Works with other Scrum Masters to ensure organizational process improvement
Builds and maintains a trusting and safe environment
Protects the team from external distractions
Senior level technical expertise
Deep technical knowledge and subject matter expert on ATT/Cricket technologies
Review IT change requests and approve as appropriate

Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) desired in Computer Science
5+ years of related experience
Certification is required in some areas
Preferred
Basic knowledge of ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, and ITIL a plus
