Handle all phases of litigation, discovery, and preparing pleadings

Draft and argue substantive motions at both state and federal court levels

Conduct depositions and effectively represent clients in courtroom settings

Collaborate with partners and associates to develop case strategies and solutions

Communicate directly with clients to provide legal guidance and updates

Manage multiple active cases simultaneously with a high degree of competence

Mentor entry level associates and contribute to the growth of the team

Stay informed about developments in intellectual property law to provide cutting-edge representation
