Sr Divisional Vice President, Global Sales Transformation and Growth

This senior strategic leader will drive commercial performance and top-line growth across ADP’s Global Sales organization by executing growth strategies and enhancing sales productivity.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute global growth strategies that unlock new markets, channels, and client segments
Partner with regional and functional leaders to align go-to-market priorities and ensure global execution excellence
Identify high-potential opportunities for cross-sell, new business expansion, and pipeline acceleration
Drive productivity and change management in partnership with Sales SVPs, ensuring accountability for delivery of high-impact projects
Collaborate with the SVP of WW Commercial Operations and Sales CFO to drive productivity and profitability improvements across regions
Lead initiatives that optimize sales structure, coverage models, and segmentation strategies
Use data and analytics to identify trends, predict performance outcomes, and inform investment decisions
Lead in-year execution and program management of strategic sales initiatives while identifying and scoping future growth and cost-optimization opportunities
Partner with the Head of HR and Head of Sales Strategy to ensure the sales organization has the talent, tools, and capabilities needed to win
Oversee enablement programs that elevate seller readiness, digital adoption, and sales effectiveness
Ensure consistent and measurable execution discipline through dashboards, KPIs, and continuous improvement
Act as a trusted advisor to the President of Global Sales—bringing clarity, structure, and acceleration to strategic priorities
Lead with influence across a matrixed, global environment to drive alignment and adoption
Foster a high-performance culture rooted in growth mindset, accountability, and innovation
Qualification
Required
15+ years of experience in global sales leadership, transformation, or commercial strategy roles
Proven ability to drive measurable growth through go-to-market redesign and execution
Expertise in sales process optimization, enablement, and analytics
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and executive presence
Preferred
Experience in enterprise technology, SaaS, or professional services
