Responsibilities

Meet or exceed personal and group sales goals

Use our CRM to track leads, opportunities, close probability, and wins

Respond to client requests within 24 hours

Understand client objectives and shape solutions to meet their needs

Collaborate with design and operations teams to craft compelling proposals

Provide the detail and clarity needed to complete RFQs effectively

Partner with project managers to ensure exceptional client experiences and continued engagement

Keep clients informed with timely updates on progress and project milestones

Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and key industry gatherings

Develop, strengthen, and expand relationships to drive growth across professional networks

Leverage market intelligence to identify strategic opportunities and work with the Director of Business Development to implement strategy
