Responsibilities
Define and design AI and data-centric architectures that align with business goals and client environments
Provide hands-on guidance to project teams on complex coding, issue resolution, and best practices
Research emerging AI/ML and data engineering technologies to drive architectural innovation
Ensure solutions meet key architectural principles — including scalability, performance, security, and cost optimization
Lead efforts to deploy scalable AI and Generative AI solutions across hybrid and cloud-native (OCI) environments
Drive optimization and hyperparameter tuning for AI/ML and GenAI workloads to achieve accuracy and efficiency
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in a global delivery model to ensure seamless project execution
Qualification
Required
Education: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution (or three years of progressive experience for each year of education)
Location: Must be within commuting distance of Richardson, TX or willing to relocate
Minimum 11 years of experience in Information Technology
At least 6 years in AI, data engineering, and large-scale data processing
At least 5 years in machine learning engineering, data science, or related fields
Proven experience designing and optimizing AI/ML architectures with a focus on scalability, data security, and performance
Proficiency in Python, SQL, and ML frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
Hands-on development experience in Python, Java, .NET, or JavaScript frameworks (React, Node.js, Flask/Django, REST APIs)
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without employer-based visa sponsorship (Infosys cannot provide visa sponsorship for this role)
Preferred
Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in diverse, multi-stakeholder teams
Experience in global delivery environments and distributed team collaboration
