The role involves answering calls, assisting customers, processing data, and delivering exceptional service.

Handle inquiries from agents and policyholders with professionalism and care, including payment processing, policy changes, and eChats
Accurately gather, process, and enter customer and agent information into our systems
Uphold AFIC’s commitment to quality, leaving every customer with a positive experience
Qualification
Required
Bilingual (Spanish-English)
Strong attendance record and dependability
Detail-oriented with clerical and data entry skills
Excellent communication and phone etiquette
Comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
Proficient PC skills with a typing speed of at least 30 WPM
Preferred
Degree Highly preferred
Insurance Industry experience preferred
Customer service, call center, or collections experience preferred
