Pegasystems is seeking a talented and motivated Senior Software Engineer to join their dynamic team working on the Pega Blueprint GenAI SaaS offering. This role involves developing the application, deploying changes, and supporting the product team while adapting to customer feedback and solving complex problems.

Responsibilities

You will act as a key team member developing the Pega Blueprint SaaS application

Frequently deploy changes to production to ensure product is up to date

Continuously help and support our product team while operating the Pega Blueprint production service

Quickly adapt to changing priorities based on customer feedback. This include thinking on your feet to solve complex problems and speedbumps in the products lifecycle

Required

5-7+ years of experience in full-stack development experience is required, particularly with an object-oriented programming language like Java or Python, as well as React experience

REST API development experience

Candidates must be local to Waltham with the ability to come onsite 3 times per week at this time

Due to the nature of the work involved, we can only consider candidates who would not require sponsorship now or in the future

Preferred

Prior Pega development experience is a huge plus

Experience with prompt engineering, LLM development or other GenAI experience is a plus
