Senior Key Account Manager
Storm4 is partnered with a global leader in mission-critical cooling and thermal management solutions and is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to support and grow strategic relationships within the data center market. This role focuses on managing key accounts, developing account strategies, and collaborating with various teams to deliver tailored solutions.
Responsibilities
Manage and expand relationships with assigned key accounts in the data center segment
Develop and execute account strategies to drive revenue growth and long-term partnerships
Collaborate closely with engineering, applications, and service teams to deliver tailored solutions
Identify new opportunities within existing accounts, including expansions, retrofits, and new builds
Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving owners, operators, consultants, and contractors
Track market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to inform strategy
Represent the company at customer meetings, industry events, and trade shows
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in B2B sales or account management within data centers, HVAC, critical infrastructure, or related industries
Strong understanding of mission-critical environments and cooling/thermal technologies
Proven success managing large, strategic accounts with long sales cycles
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently in a remote role with frequent travel (30–50%)
CRM experience and strong pipeline management discipline
