Collaborate with project managers to support design and construction phases
Develop and maintain cost reports, cash flows, and forecasts
Ensure accuracy in cost reports and forecasts
Conduct quality checks on project controls deliverables
Integrate schedule data with financial data for consistency
Analyze reports and provide recommendations to the project controls team
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Business
Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to travel; valid driver's license required
Preferred
SAP experience preferred
