Responsibilities
Develop, execute, and monitor change management plans to ensure the adoption of new standards, processes, and tools related to AI, including effective communications and training
Lead the identification and analysis of changes, business impacts, and training needs
Consult with stakeholders to understand their needs and concerns, facilitating effective communication throughout the transition
Co-develop and co-implement communication, product marketing and training plans to ensure a seamless integration of new strategies
Manage resistance by anticipating challenges and implementing strategies for smooth transitions
Qualification
Required
5+ years of working experience in corporate training, communication, and/or change management, preferably in IT and/or tech companies
Strong consulting and program management experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and SharePoint design
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently at a high level
Able to quickly shift gears and work on projects of varying nature with others across different regions, levels and functions
Familiarity with change management methodologies (e.g. Prosci)
A lifelong learner with an appetite for deepening your information technology knowledge, introducing change, and a team player
Preferred
Previous working experience in IT or tech companies
Strong knowledge and skillset of Generative AI and prompt engineering
Experience with Articulate 360 and Adobe Create Cloud
