Pre Sales - AI Native Intern
Mitra AI is a company focused on leveraging artificial intelligence in their operations, and they are seeking an AI Native Intern to support their sales team. The role involves collaborating with sales, utilizing AI tools for research and presentations, and maintaining CRM systems.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and deliver product/service presentations that address business challenges
Use AI-powered tools to research customer accounts, industries, and problem statements, and to tailor pre-sales narratives and value propositions
Maintain and update CRM tools such as HubSpot and Contract Portals with pipeline and proposal information
Providing Market Research on the leads generated by the Sales team
Analyze the competitive landscape and positioning using both traditional research and AI-driven competitive intelligence tools
Maintain awareness of current technology and industry trends across sectors such as BFSI, Healthcare, Telecom, and Retail
Qualification
Required
Ability to build and design sales collateral using tools such as PowerPoint, with support from AI-assisted content and design tools
Manage and track the sales pipeline using CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms, including AI-driven reporting and forecasting features
Strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to use AI tools to synthesize information and present clear insights
Working knowledge of SDLC phases and best practices in software project execution, with awareness of how AI is applied across the SDLC
Strong proficiency in using AI tools (e.g., generative AI for content creation, research, summarization, and proposal drafting) as part of day-to-day work
Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly in a fast-moving, AI-driven sales environment
Bachelor's degree in Computing/IT or Business Management
Preferred
Preferably 1+ years' experience in a similar role
