Responsibilities

Lead structural design efforts for federal facilities, including military installations, healthcare centers, and administrative buildings

Perform engineering analysis and develop construction documents for vertical infrastructure

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate structural systems with architectural, mechanical, and electrical components

Ensure compliance with federal design standards such as UFC, IBC, and agency-specific guidelines

Support proposal development and participate in federal RFP responses

Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers and contribute to team development

Participate in design reviews and value engineering sessions with federal stakeholders
