Responsibilities

Lead and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes with precision and timeliness
Oversee the corporate consolidation of financial data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established guidelines
Conduct detailed ledger reconciliations and ensure all accounts are balanced appropriately
Prepare and review journal entries, including adjusting entries, with a focus on accuracy and consistency
Drive the monthly and annual financial close processes, collaborating with stakeholders to meet deadlines
Utilize Oracle and Microsoft Excel to analyze financial data and produce comprehensive reports
Monitor and enhance financial reporting procedures to align with regulatory and organizational standards
Coordinate cross-functional efforts to streamline reconciliations and reporting activities
Identify and implement improvements to reporting workflows for greater efficiency
Provide insights and recommendations based on thorough analysis of financial data

Required

Proven experience in financial reporting and corporate consolidation processes

Ability to manage complex financial data with attention to detail and accuracy
