Responsibilities
Establish project budgets, prepare proposals, and develop and maintain positive client relationships
Develop and maintain project resource plans
Develop and successfully manage project execution plans including definition of scope, schedule, communication tools, software tools, deliverable distribution lists
Proactively report and present project status to internal and external stakeholders
Successfully manage change on projects
Collaborate with the regional quality manager in the development of project specific quality plans
Properly identify and assess project risks and escalate to senior leadership as appropriate
Create and meet all project milestones and financial commitments
Qualification
Required
A Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, chemical, Structural Engineering or architecture
Has experience in the design of biotech/pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities and laboratories
Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional, multi-discipline teams
Proficiency in standard PM tools and templates including MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint
