Responsibilities
Support federal clients in achieving their financial and resource management goals
Collaborate with government partners to improve processes
Strengthen audit readiness
Deliver meaningful results across the full financial lifecycle, from budget formulation to execution and audit
Qualification
Required
4+ years in a Big Four or comparable firm supporting a U.S. government agency
BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
Experience with FIAR (Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness)
Must live in the DMV and be available to work on-site
Strong knowledge of Federal Financial Management rules and practices
Mastery of the DoD Financial Management Regulation (FMR)
Familiarity with OMB Circulars
Preferred
Active Secret clearance
CDFM / CGFM certifications
CPA (ideal but not required)
CISA certification
Experience with Military Department Financial Management and Comptroller organizations
