Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for business stakeholders
Implement data models and optimize DAX queries for performance and scalability
Integrate Microsoft Fabric components for advanced data engineering and analytics workflows
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with organizational standards
Automate data refresh schedules and monitor system performance during shift hours
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Power BI reports, datasets, and Fabric pipelines
Work closely with data engineers to manage large-scale data ingestion and transformation processes
Document technical processes, workflows, and best practices for ongoing support
Provide timely support and enhancements for business-critical dashboards during the assigned shift

Qualification

Power BIDAXSQLMicrosoft FabricETL processesData modelingProblem-solvingCommunication skills

Required

Strong proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric (Data Factory, Lakehouse, and related services)
Solid understanding of SQL and relational database concepts
Knowledge of ETL processes and data integration techniques
Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure for data storage and analytics
Ability to optimize performance for large datasets and complex calculations
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently during shift hours
Excellent communication skills for collaborating with global teams
Experience in implementing security and governance in Power BI and Fabric environments
Flexibility to work in a 2 PM – 11 PM IST shift and handle critical support tasks
