Oversee all aspects of sales for the assigned property
Establishing and meeting revenue goals
Developing strategies to attract new and existing clients
Maintaining strong relationships with corporate partners and event organizers
Conducting sales presentations
Negotiating contracts
Identifying business opportunities
Ensuring guest and client satisfaction to optimize hotel revenue

Required

Previous experience in hotel sales is required

Preferred

Proficiency in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) tools is highly desirable
Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field is an advantage
