Bilingual Spanish- Call Center Rep
American Freedom Insurance Company is seeking a Bilingual Spanish-Call Center Representative to be the first point of contact for customers. In this role, you will assist customers with inquiries, help them report claims, and ensure a positive experience through excellent service and efficient data entry.

Respond to inquiries with professionalism and care, whether they’re reporting claims or seeking assistance
Help customers start their claims journey with efficiency and empathy
Accurately gather and enter confidential information into our systems
Uphold AFIC's commitment to quality, leaving customers with a positive experience
Qualification
Required
Fluent in Spanish and English
Strong attendance and dependability
Experience in customer service, call centers, or collections
Detail-oriented with clerical or data entry experience
Excellent communication and phone skills
Comfortable with multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
Solid PC skills and a typing speed of at least 30 wpm
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred
insurance experience is a plus!
