Responsibilities
Design, develop, and execute performance testing strategies using Tricentis NeoLoad for SAP S/4HANA and integrated applications
Create, maintain, and execute automated functional and regression test cases using Tricentis Tosca
Develop and parameterize performance test scripts for web, API, SAP GUI, and SAP Fiori applications
Conduct performance test execution, monitoring, and analysis to identify system bottlenecks and scalability issues
Analyze test results, perform root cause analysis, and provide actionable performance tuning recommendations
Integrate NeoLoad and Tosca test suites into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous testing practices
Collaborate closely with SAP functional teams, BASIS, infrastructure, security, and third-party vendors to align testing efforts with project goals
Support performance testing for end-to-end business processes, including peak load, stress, endurance, and volume testing
Produce clear and detailed test plans, execution reports, defect documentation, and performance dashboards
Participate in project meetings, communicate test outcomes, and help drive continuous improvement in test strategy and execution
Qualification
Required
5+ years of hands-on performance testing experience using Tricentis NeoLoad (mandatory)
Strong hands-on experience with Tricentis Tosca for test automation, including test design, execution, and maintenance (mandatory)
Proven experience supporting large-scale SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA implementations
Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture, business processes, and common performance bottlenecks
Experience testing SAP integrations, including APIs, middleware, and third-party systems
Hands-on experience integrating test automation and performance testing into CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, or similar
Solid understanding of performance testing methodologies (load, stress, spike, endurance, volume)
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify root causes and propose effective solutions
