Craft and execute a people strategy that keeps us ahead in a hyper-competitive talent market
Partner with the CEO and executive team to ensure HR drives business outcomes, not just processes
Scale our global talent acquisition engine while building leadership pipelines and future skills
Embed our values in every interaction ensuring employees feel inspired, supported, and empowered
From onboarding to career development to recognition, design moments that matter
Build one global people framework while respecting regional diversity across India, US, and Europe
Lead organizational design, transformation, and digital HR initiatives to support growth at scale
Use data, insights, and analytics to anticipate workforce needs and track progress against business goals
Qualification
Required
18–20+ years in progressive HR leadership, with at least 5 years at global executive level
Experience in high-growth, tech-driven, global businesses where transformation is constant
Ability to turn business vision into people action with measurable results
Deep understanding of how to balance global consistency with local relevance
Strong executive presence, influencing skills, and the ability to inspire both teams and peers
