Responsibilities
Lead delivery of a large, cross-functional IT initiative involving internal teams and offshore vendors
Partner with other PMs/Scrum Masters to support broader portfolio initiatives
Serve as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders; translate complex technical topics into clear business terms
Facilitate Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, backlog grooming, and refinement
Drive capacity planning, delivery forecasting, and execution recommendations
Coach teams on Agile execution and delivery best practices
Manage timelines, scope, risks, dependencies, and budget considerations
Learn the business, systems, and technical environment quickly to accelerate delivery
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership
Qualification
Required
5-8 years of experience as an IT Project Manager and/or Scrum Master
Strong project management background in addition to Agile/Scrum delivery
Proven ability to manage complex, highly visible initiatives with multiple stakeholders
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience in an Agile or Agile-hybrid environment
Familiarity with PM tools such as Jira, Asana, or similar
Confident, proactive, highly organized, with a strong ownership mentality
Ability to quickly grasp complex technical and business concepts
Preferred
Cloud technology and/or cloud migration experience (AWS preferred)
Scrum Master certification and/or PMP
Experience working with distributed and offshore teams
