Responsibilities
Prepare, analyze, and maintain accurate financial records in SAP, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and monthly close activities
Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting in accordance with company policies and applicable accounting standards
Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for manufacturing operations
Track and analyze manufacturing costs, including labor, materials, overhead, and variances
Support standard cost development and maintenance within SAP
Collaborate with operations to improve cost visibility and financial controls
Work closely with the Italian finance operations teams to align financial processes, reporting requirements, and timelines
Participate in cross-functional meetings and support global reporting initiatives
Assist with intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and documentation
Support internal controls and financial policies to ensure compliance with company standards
Assist with audits, providing documentation and explanations as needed
Help implement and define finance processes as the facility scales
Provide financial analysis and support for business decisions and special projects
Support system enhancements, process improvements, and SAP best practices
Perform additional finance-related duties as assigned by the CFO
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred
3-5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
SAP experience preferred
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a start-up or growth-oriented manufacturing environment
Experience working with international teams or global organizations
Manufacturing cost accounting experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Effective communication skills, including collaboration with international teams
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Continuous improvement mindset
