Responsibilities
Draft and review essential legal documents, including agreements, motions, and contracts
Conduct thorough research and analysis of complex legal matters to support attorneys
Manage client documentation and ensure compliance with legal standards
Coordinate depositions and maintain detailed records of proceedings
Assist in civil litigation processes, including preparing case files and handling discovery
Maintain proficiency in legal databases such as Westlaw, as well as Microsoft Office tools like Excel, Word, and Outlook
Ensure all corporate transactions are accurately documented and aligned with regulatory requirements
Collaborate with attorneys and other team members to develop strategies for case management
Provide support and guidance to clients regarding legal processes and documentation
Uphold the firm’s standards for professionalism and confidentiality in all legal matters
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate transactions and civil litigation
Strong knowledge of corporate law and legal procedures
Exceptional skills in drafting motions, agreements, and other legal documents
Proficiency in legal research tools such as Westlaw and Microsoft Office Suite
California paralegal certificate or paralegal certification, along with a bachelor's degree
Ability to analyze and resolve complex legal issues effectively
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all aspects of the role
