Responsibilities

Lead the design, benchmarking, and administration of compensation, benefits, and rewards programs to support attraction, retention, and organizational performance

Oversee full benefits lifecycle, including enrollment, renewals, open enrollment, and delivery of medical, dental, vision, disability, life, EAP, retirement, and related programs

Enhance wellness initiatives to improve health‑plan outcomes, productivity, and overall employee quality of life

Conduct compensation analyses on equity, market competitiveness, and pay trends to inform engagement and retention strategies

Support annual compensation cycles, including merit processing, salary validation, incentive reconciliation, and preparation of merit communications

Ensure regulatory compliance across ACA, COBRA, ERISA, HIPAA, FMLA, FLSA, GINA, and workers’ compensation, while managing claims and return‑to‑work coordination

Administer HRIS benefits modules, maintaining accurate plan setups, carrier feeds, compliance reporting, and employee self‑service access to benefits and Total Rewards information
