Inside Sales Specialist
LHH is seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Specialist to join their growing team in Jacksonville, FL. The role focuses on building relationships, managing leads, and closing deals to drive revenue growth through proactive customer engagement.

Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and follow-ups
Qualify leads and identify customer needs to recommend appropriate products or services
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through close
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to improve lead conversion
Provide product knowledge and pricing information to customers
Support account management and customer retention efforts
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of inside sales, customer service, or call-center sales experience
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Comfortable making outbound calls and handling objections
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
