Academic Records Manager
Arizona College of Nursing is a rapidly growing nursing school that transforms people’s lives by preparing them for careers in nursing. The Academic Records Manager is a working leadership role responsible for managing student records, scheduling, and ensuring academic progress for students.

Responsibilities
Planning and forecasting
Routinely update records and forecast models to manage the flow of students into general education, progression to core nursing, and progression through core nursing
Plan, assemble, and disseminate schedules for all student cohorts for each new session and semester, timely and accurately
Calculate textbook and student supply needs and ensure timely fulfillment and distribution of textbooks and student supplies for all courses
Audit student academic progress in general education and proactively affirm each student has met the requirements to progress to core nursing
Maintain student information, including entering data into systems, reporting, and analyzing data, and ensuring accuracy and completeness of data; record details related to Last Date of Attendance and Health and Safety Orientation completion
Provide prompt and friendly service to students, arrive on time, and maintain consistent attendance
Assist current and prospective students with changes in status, troubleshoot issues and concerns, assist students with accurate completion of required documentation, and refer complex cases to the appropriate dean
Maintain accurate and complete student files
Respond to student, colleague, and/or community inquiries, within scope and refer inquiries appropriately
Participate in campus events and assist with the organization and execution of events as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent skills and experience
Two or more years' experience in a role with frequent customer contact
Data entry and database maintenance experience
Above average Excel skills
Preferred
Two or more years' experience in registrar, career services, student services, or related department for a post-secondary institution
Proficiency in writing complex Excel formulas
