The role involves ensuring compliance with payroll regulations, processing payroll accurately, and maintaining employee records while collaborating with various departments.

Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with North America payroll, adhere to regulations and legal requirements

Process payroll for North America-based employees accurately and timely

Ensure timely submission of all payroll-related taxes and other government reports

Responsible for setting up new entities when needed in various states and counties as permitted

Main contact for Payroll Team to provide support to Tax and Finance Teams across multiple entities

Manage and maintain accurate employee records and information

Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and various payroll-related matters

Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate processing of employee benefits, including health insurance, entering new hires, retirement plans, and other benefits

Stay up to date with changes in North America payroll, regulations and communicate any changes to the relevant stakeholders

Partner with Finance Team in delivering accurate reports

Assist with upcoming integration with a new payroll vendor and or new payroll platform

Ability to create streamline process to work efficiently and effectively

Cross Train amongst Payroll Team to cover leaves and absences

Time and Attendance Management

Generating payroll reports and assisting with audits

Other duties as assigned
