Review and resolve title matters
Analyze due diligence items
Manage closings
Prepare and review homeowners' association documents
Advise clients in connection with real estate and related legal matters
Qualification
Required
Licensed to practice law in the State of Florida
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work both independently with minimal supervision and as part of a collaborative team
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and follow up with other team members to complete projects timely
Preferred
Minimum of two years of experience in real estate law
Ability to draft and negotiate documents relating to commercial real estate transactions
Experience with reviewing and resolving title matters and conducting commercial closings
Experience drafting, reviewing, analyzing and negotiating homeowners' association documents
Experience with large-scale homebuilder projects and/or homeowners' association law
