Responsibilities

Compliance Management : Ensure that all proposals meet the specific requirements set forth in requests for proposals (RFPs), requests for information (RFIs), and other customer requests

Strategic Planning : Develop a strategy for each proposal that aligns with the company’s objectives and enhances its competitive position

Technical Writing : Create clear and compelling content that communicates the company's value proposition, utilizing active voice and technical accuracy

Coordination and Team Collaboration : Work with cross-functional teams, including technical experts, finance, and legal, to gather necessary information and ensure comprehensive responses

Timeline Management : Implement strict timelines to ensure proposals are submitted punctually, incorporating time for revisions and feedback

Quality Control : Review and edit proposals to enhance clarity, coherence, and compliance with federal acquisition regulations and agency-specific requirements

Required

Both oral and written communication skills must be refined to effectively convey complex ideas and collaborate with diverse stakeholders

Ability to manage multiple proposals simultaneously, demonstrating strong organizational and time-management skills
