They are seeking a Front Office Representative who will manage reception duties, greet patients, and handle registrations while providing excellent customer service in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

Must be willing to travel one day a week to Port St. Lucie

Experience with reception duties, including answering phones and greeting patients

Prepare standard registrations forms and review, verify and collect patients co-pays

Demonstrate ability to effectively manage multi-line phones

Attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure is essential

Must be able to multi-task and function effectively in an environment where it is necessary to perform several tasks simultaneously

Possess customer service skills; interact in a friendly, professional manner with a wide range of patients, staff, physicians and others
