Responsibilities
Execute and validate carrier migration activities for connected devices
Review migration reports and dashboards to identify failed processes or anomalies
Reprocess large data files using internal tools and workflows
Investigate system errors, document findings, and escalate issues when needed
Maintain clear, detailed documentation of all discovered issues
Work independently while collaborating with team members on troubleshooting and process alignment
Adjust to shifting business priorities and expanded responsibilities as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field
2–4 years of relevant experience
Strong organizational skills and ability to follow structured processes
Detail?oriented, disciplined, and thorough documentation skills
Naturally curious and inclined to investigate root causes (“asks why”)
SQL/Database querying – syntax understanding and basic coding; Python or JSON are helpful
System log analysis – ability to interpret logs and understand call flows or API flows
Preferred
Background in cellular provisioning or telecom processes (e.g., carrier device activation, kiosk experience)
