Start in 2026 SpringBJC HealthCare is one of the largest nonprofit health care organizations in the United States, and they are seeking an intern for their HR department. The intern will rotate between different areas within HR and will gain exposure to professional development training, networking opportunities, and interaction with senior leaders.
Responsibilities
Navigates project requests using critical thinking skills
Communicates effectively with staff and project leaders
Takes initiative to identify additional work not assigned that enhances the effort with logical next steps
Excels in a team-based environment
Solves problems using creativity and innovation
