Responsibilities
Lead site supply chain operations: procurement, materials planning, inventory, logistics, and SIOP
Define commodity strategies, sourcing decisions, and supplier partnerships
Drive inventory reduction, working capital improvement, and KPI/metrics reporting
Develop and execute procurement strategies with a focus on cost savings and compliance
Manage supplier risk, global market impacts, and contingency planning
Negotiate contracts, select suppliers, and maintain strong vendor relationships
Lead, develop, and performance-manage a high-performing supply chain team
Deliver year-over-year PPV/PCV cost reductions and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
10+ years of supply chain leadership experience
Strong background in analytics, KPI management, materials planning, and operations
Experience with strategic sourcing, inventory management, demand forecasting, and supplier negotiations
Proven ability to lead teams and deliver measurable business results
Preferred
MBA preferred
