Responsibilities

Delivers multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and keeps the bar high for all projects, big and small

You'll be working on a lot of paid social/digital based marketing assets, and also working on some retouching digital work as well (Social media graphics, emails, landing pages...)

Proactively partners with the Senior Creative Director and other key team members to achieve creative cohesion

Sets high standards for design, and provides the guidance to achieve them

Establishes themselves as an industry expert through relationship building and knowledge sharing

Familiarity with Figma required for this role

Experience designing for the beauty industry required for this role

Inspires others to create best-in-class digital creative by researching industry trends, emerging technologies, and consumer insights, while maintaining a strong POV on brand direction
