Responsibilities

Direct Sales: Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing with direct customers, strategically developing key accounts and solving basic technical challenges with internal engineering support when needed
Channel Sales Management: Build strong distributor relationships through training sessions, joint sales calls, and co-branded marketing campaigns to maximize their success and technical proficiency
Market Development: Generate leads through cold calling, market analysis, and trade shows while monitoring territory performance to identify new opportunities and adjust growth strategies
Organization and Reporting: Manage opportunities and customer records in SensoPart's CRM while regularly reporting on sales performance, key opportunities, and market trends

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field) or Business, or equivalent experience
At least 5 years of technical sales experience in industrial automation or related fields
Demonstrated success in managing the full sales cycle in a technical environment
Strong ability to prospect, present, and close deals independently while supporting and motivating distributor networks
Ability to understand and explain industrial automation solutions, particularly in machine vision and optical sensors
Hands-on problem-solving skills for basic application challenges
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative selling approach
Proven ability to develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers and partners
Proficiency with CRM tools and sales reporting
Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Preferred

Location in Arizona is a plus, but applications from all other listed regions of the territory are welcome
