Direct, ongoing partnership with both founders, bringing 30+ years of legal recruiting experience, focused squarely on accelerating scale
Qualification
Required
Experience in legal search or recruiting
Proven track record of generating significant revenue in a leadership role
Ability to lead and scale a team of recruiters
Strong understanding of the legal industry and attorney recruiting
Experience transitioning from a top biller to a leadership role
Preferred
Experience managing a P&L
Background in building and developing teams
Established network within the legal community
