Responsibilities
Design and build a scalable, responsive platform for applying AI models to live streams, video content, and video editing workflows
Lead end-to-end development across backend and frontend, ensuring high performance, reliability, and maintainability
Act as a technical and product leader, using strong intuition for UX and product quality to guide engineering decisions
Drive alignment on architectural decisions and mentor junior and mid-level engineers
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to bring applied AI and ML capabilities into production systems
Qualification
Required
7+ years of software development experience
At least 4 years building production-grade full stack systems
Strong product mindset and focus on exceptional user experience
Experience in full stack or backend-focused software development
Ability to design and build a scalable, responsive platform for applying AI models
Lead end-to-end development across backend and frontend
Act as a technical and product leader
Drive alignment on architectural decisions
Mentor junior and mid-level engineers
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams
Preferred
Experience designing and building AI-enabled products with rich, complex interfaces
Experience with streaming products
Experience in the media industry
Experience with applied AI models
