Responsibilities

Provide phone-based technical support
Troubleshoot issues related to ATMs and hard devices
Dispatch service requests as needed
Work with third-party vendors for service coordination
Use of ServiceNow and Vision is required
Do not need to know ATM hardware

Required

Must be available from 8-5 for training for first 3 weeks
Provide phone-based technical support
Troubleshoot issues related to ATMs and hard devices
Dispatch service requests as needed
Work with third-party vendors for service coordination
Use of ServiceNow and Vision is required
Strong background in troubleshooting hardware, computers, or devices
Must have soft skills and email etiquette will be managing an email mailbox

Preferred

Previous ATM Help Desk or technical support experience
Technical Certification in Microsoft, Cisco or Unix/Linux Technologies, ITIL Foundations, CompTia
