RevOps / GTM Hacker

ListLab is a credible, funded, remote-first startup led by a serial technical founder, aiming to launch their product by the end of Q1 2026. The RevOps / GTM Hacker will build and optimize systems for direct outreach, focusing on automation workflows and integrating tools for a seamless outreach process.

Responsibilities

Build the outreach machine — design and implement the systems that move leads from first touch to closed deal via direct outreach
Orchestrate multi-channel sequences — email, LinkedIn, Twitter/X DMs, Instagram DMs — build flows that feel personal at scale
Connect the stack — integrate CRM, outreach tools, enrichment, scheduling, and analytics into a seamless workflow (HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, Phantom Buster, Calendly, Zapier, Make, etc.)
Automate everything possible — lead routing, follow-up sequences, data enrichment, task creation, notifications
Own pipeline visibility — build dashboards that show what's working, what's stuck, and where to focus
Optimize reply rates — identify drop-off points in the outreach flow and implement fixes
Enable the sales motion — make it easy to run high-volume, personalized outreach without manual grunt work
Document and systematize — create playbooks so the process scales beyond you
Take ownership of results — good or bad

Required

5-8 years of experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, GTM Engineering, or similar — focused on outreach, not marketing
Hands-on experience building and connecting outreach systems (not just managing them)
Deep fluency with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.)
Proficient with automation platforms and integrations (Zapier, Make, n8n, Tray.io, Clay, Phantom Buster, etc.)
Experience with outreach and enrichment tools (Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft, Clearbit, ZoomInfo, etc.)
Systems thinker — you see the whole outreach pipeline, not just individual tools
Comfortable with ambiguity, fast iteration, and scrappy execution
Not looking for a team to manage — you're ready to do the work yourself

Preferred

Experience with social DMs at scale — LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram — preferred
Experience at a venture-backed startup is a HUGE plus
