Responsibilities
Ensure timely recording of all vendor invoices
Review vendor statements and investigate discrepancies
Prepare payment runs
Prepare internal statements to ensure invoices are being approved timely
Manage and maintain vendor relationships
Support the invoice workflow from accounting review to field approval
Qualification
Required
High school diploma required
Basic understanding of business concepts and business practices
Strong computer skills and comfort using Microsoft Office (especially Excel and email)
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate professionally with internal and external partners
Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work independently
Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and ownership
Preferred
Experience with Restaurant365 (R365) or similar restaurant accounting systems
Experience with Sage or similar accounting software
