The role involves leading supplier quality initiatives, conducting audits, and driving continuous improvement efforts.

Responsibilities

Lead supplier quality initiatives using FMEA and risk-based approaches
Partner with suppliers to implement and maintain robust process controls
Drive resolution of supplier nonconformances through root cause analysis and corrective actions
Execute PPAP processes to ensure consistent part quality
Conduct supplier audits and manage receiving inspections
Monitor and report supplier performance and field concerns
Support continuous improvement and supplier development efforts
Represent supplier perspectives in cross-functional teams

Required

Bachelor's degree in an engineering-related discipline
5+ years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, or quality
Strong analytical skills with experience in FMEA, SPC, Six Sigma, or similar
Familiarity with ISO-9001 and continuous improvement methodologies

Preferred

Experience with transformer systems or related technologies is a plus
