Responsibilities

Owning business development in North America: driving and executing E&C’s outbound and inbound growth strategy across the North American energy market
Driving pipeline & revenue growth: build, manage and convert a robust sales pipeline - managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including proposals, negotiations, and deal execution
Market analysis: analyzing trends, opportunities, and competitors within the energy risk management and energy technology space
Market and Account strategy: Identify target segments, priority accounts, and growth opportunities based on deep understanding of regional energy markets and customer needs
Brand ambassadorship: representing E&C Consultants at industry events, conferences, and seminars to promote our services and build brand awareness (with much help of our marketing team, no worries!)

Required

Energy industry experience and market knowledge: hands-on experience and understanding of North American energy markets is key
Track Record: we'd like to hear about your successes in driving business growth, securing deals, and achieving sales targets
Communication & influence: ability to engage credibly with C-level stakeholders and influence decision-making in complex buying environments
Strategic & autonomous mindset: comfortable operating independently, setting priorities, and shaping market strategy
Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events across NA

Preferred

Experience with risk management, utilities, trading, or related services - highly valued
5–10+ years of experience in Senior B2B sales (but if you have more or less and still feel it's a strong fit, also apply!)
