Responsibilities

Serve as a technology-agnostic architect and consultant, guiding technical strategy and decision-making across various technology stacks
Act as a trusted advisor between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating complex technical details into actionable business insights
Provide technical leadership and influence key decision-making processes to drive innovation and scalable solutions
Lead discussions on technical feasibility, architecture, and system integration with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with industry best practices
Collaborate with developers, architects, and business analysts to ensure technical solutions align with overall program objectives and business goals
Stay ahead of emerging technologies and industry trends to proactively recommend cutting-edge solutions

Required

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience
10 years of related experience in a technical consulting, solutions architecture, or systems engineering role
Currently holds an active or eligible to acquire a Secret clearance
Strong understanding of a broad range of technologies, including cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), software development, data analytics, and enterprise systems
Strong understanding of technical languages, including JavaScript/React, C#, Python, and SQL
Experience with enterprise-level IT systems, integration projects, and cloud transformation initiatives
Proven ability to synthesize complex technical information and present it in a way that is digestible for business stakeholders
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders at all levels

Preferred

Previous experience in a consulting environment or client-facing technical role, preferably in the federal government
Strong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and automation best practices
Technical certifications in cloud, security, or relevant areas are a plus
Experience working with Agile methodologies and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced consulting environment
