Kuehne+Nagel is a global leader in logistics, and they are seeking an Operational Care Healthcare Specialist to join their Operational Care Center team. This role is critical in ensuring a positive experience for internal customers by providing proactive service, problem-solving, and accurate shipment visibility.

Responsibilities

Ensure a positive customer experience through direct interaction with Customer Care Locations (CCLs)

Provide proactive customer service, problem solving, follow‑up, and collaboration with service colleagues

Process accurate files while adhering to company policies and procedures

Maintain real‑time visibility of shipments

Monitor, prioritize, and balance customer needs daily across multiple communication channels

Review and apply knowledge of KN QSHE policies and GxP compliance

Collaborate with CCLs to meet customer commitments by analyzing KPI reports and supporting corrective/preventative actions

Partner with system process teams to drive automation and improve operational efficiency

Manage customer data in core operating systems, including business profile creation/updates and Wiki page maintenance

Required

1+ years of experience in logistics or customer service

Proficiency in Microsoft 365
