Responsibilities
Deliver live online workshops and sessions for global brands around the world - with a focus on the US
Represent the brand in the US
Deliver bespoke support and project work for clients - depending on level of experience
Qualification
Required
Experienced People Practitioner who is passionate about Inclusion and Belonging
Experience in delivering live, online training to people at all levels
Confident public speaker who can keep participants engaged and create an empathetic learning environment
Experience working with or running ERGs at large organisations
Experienced facilitator who can deliver curated content while bringing their own insights to the learning experience
Sensitive to global and regional politics and cultural needs - particularly in the US
Efficient time manager seeking flexible, remote work that fits around their other priorities
Good competency with collaborative software, including Zoom, GDrive, Teams, Trello
